At 18:30pm on the 12th of July, 2012. Officer Paul Hernandez initiated a traffic stop on a Blue SUV, the driver took off and led police on a wild goose chase across the whole state of Liberty, Hernandez attempted to perform a PIT Manuever on a busy road which caused himself and the suspect vehicle to crash into innocent motorists, This picture will serve as a prime example to new recruits. Officer Hernandez was pronounced dead at the scene.
