A new ''DLC'' containing all textures file for EUP shirts + DEV files openable with Photoshop allowing you to easily:
- Set a name
- Choose additionnal ranks from police officer to police chief or Deputy Sheriff to Sheriff
- Choose extras like service years stripes
- For all genders and agencies
