    I still wouldn't get permission to release. I only have permissions to convert and private use from everyone.

    Yeah, it confuses me as well, people make exceptionally good cars/ parts for GTA IV but won't convert them for GTA V, and won't allow others to do it either. Kudos to the new modders who have emerged to fill that void! The age-old permission problem, which will only get worse as LCPDFR grows
