it's good because lightbar by F5544 is not good. It's hard to see lights at day time :/

I misunderstand Kevin's statement in the lightbar readme file about converting it to other games and taught that GtaV doesn't count. It was my fault, sorry for it! 

I sent him a message abot this issue and hope he will give me permission to release his lightbar in V. This car is something that the community needs I think.

Give him permission Kevin! Plz! I hope you two are able to sort out the misunderstanding and get to a reasonable accord, because that CVPI looks beast! 

Kevin, it would be really great to see your arjent lightbar in GTA V!
