I don't know why.. but this version looks better than the ones in IV, i don't know if it's because of the lightbar or texture.. but they look beautiful compared to IV's LCPD ones. 

The lightbar on GTA IV's version was incredibly blocky and large compared to an actual Federal Signal Vision, not to mention that GTA IV without an ENB is hideous more often than not.
