You probably get this same exact question a lot, and it's probably annoying as heck! (I feel your pain) I was just asking because I love to set up scenes with the police in my series I have on the Social Club website, and the Gallery on LSPDFR.com called: Weazel News, even though it is already a proper thing on GTA 5 and GTA 4...Sincerely,Peanuthead159
Lt.Caine Friends of LSPDFR July 6, 201510 yr Author stats I'm not sure if it'll be released, as that's the only model an LVMPD theme can be applied to--and there's not much use in model-centric/singular themes. And peanut, don't worry, I feel your pain too. You should expect to see an ELS for V, but for it to become possible, I first need to wait for some special coding resources to be ready. Also, greater access to GTA V vehicle models might be necessary (i.e. ability to extract and edit model files).

I'll be around when you acquire the tools you need to make ELS for GTA V. Hats off to you. I am becoming an Emergency Vehicle Outfitter in real life, so if you need some references for making accurate warning patterns, I'll be more than happy to assist you to ensure that you provide the GTA community an ELS unlike seen in LCPDFR.
