May I ask, from other pictures, the car looks ELS enabled but has damage. How? Thanks!

He didn't enable AI ELS, the lights were spawned as extras so it would appear lights were flashing but the car was still taking damage.

I think the skin was made by someone from Accurate Studios. I have that same skin and it has their logo on the upper left corner of the skin. not really sure if its the same as in the screenshot. but the car is in the link C13 link you to.
