General Etiquette

We expect members to follow and show regard for general etiquette. Forums and all types of discussions should be kept clean, tidy and readable. Posting messages or other forms of communication which are unstructured, messy or otherwise hard to read or understand should be avoided. Since this is a primarily English-speaking forum, all posts not created in the International forums must be written in English. There is very little reason to use anything other than the standard forum font when posting, and all posts should contribute to the discussion at hand. Posts should always be edited, as there is no need to double post. There is also no reason to make useless replies such as “agree”, “lol”, “+1”, etc. The Like button exists for a reason. Comments or thread replies that consist of only a gif, meme, or other random image that do not contribute to a discussion are prohibited as well. We want to foster actual discussion. The basic premise of all G17 Media communities and services is that members can interact freely with each other in a clean and welcoming environment.
