One beer for you sir, is obviously one too many...

Not only is the 36-year-old man in trouble with the Metro Police for allegedly slaping a bouncer in the face, but he also tried to eat the police report.

Kenneth Desormes was initially arrested by the Metro Police after they responded to a drunk man who allegedly had slaped a bouncer in the face and screamed profanities.

After being transported to the Metro Central District, that's when things got weird: Officers were printing out the police report when Desormes grabbed the papers, shoved 'em in his mouth, and began to chow down.

So, now Desormes is being charged with public intoxication, battery, resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration and criminal tampering.
