California "Drought Police" - CA Department of Water Resources

Just a for-fun skin I made, for a fictional "Water Police" in "honor" of California's on-going drought. California Department of Water Resources (DWR) - Water Regulations Enforcement Division Police CVPI, in cooperation with the Governor's Office of Emergency Services. Should be kinda fun for those who like to play in Los Santos =P

    That's true. I wanted the CA flag somewhere, but couldn't find a good place.  Maybe I'll put it on the trunk lid, or something.

    Personally, I'd put it above the "POLICE INTERCEPTOR" logo on the rear of the car.

    I love wrap arounds too!  It's Caine's DSF CVPI with a Code 3 RX2700 which was, unfortunately, taken down for unknown reasons.
