More to come, not sure if this will even be used for GTA. If it is, I will have to optimise it a lot, both are quite high poly.

Damn man! You might wanna re-evaluate how the wire mesh should look like.

 

Yeah, is the best way just to make that a single box and put a wire mesh texture on it, instead of wasting Poly's on adding cylinders like that?

Actually yeah, that would be good too. You could try doing the mesh in 3D, if you do it right it should not add too many polys.
