I Don't think those headlights are right.. what you have as the indicators, are supposed to be Reflectors.. here's a picture of the Indicators on a F450

There is a small Led in the Reflector that serves as a parking light though but it doesn't light up the whole reflector

You can also see that there's an amber bulb there in the top light

The Box you did on it is beautiful though, great work

The same as what XBR said, and also if I were you, I'd add all the amber lights to either the indicator, or the headlights. Preferrably the indicator maybe, so you can recreate it's parking light.

Also I think that's a Ford F-450 not an F-350.
