ScrimpyData Members July 17, 201411 yr Author stats '' target='_blank'>> :) Looks pretty solid! Is that lighting correct though? I did the best I can to make it as correct as possible (with the pictures I had)
CG Blaze Members July 17, 201411 yr Author stats Looks pretty good equipment wise. Though CPD uses only blue lighting (and red and blue for airport units). I've never seen the CPD Charger lit up, so I don't really know how it should be.

I've never seen the CPD Charger lit up, so I don't really know how it should be. That's what I always thought. Blue for police units and red and blue for airport units. I could be wrong, they might've changed that.

Some CPD units do have red lights sometimes, but like in the UK, red lights only face the rear. Front facing lights are always blue (with the exception, as you said, of airport units). There shouldn't be any red lights facing forward.

But just a question about it, do they exist facing to the sides?
sixium Friends of LSPDFR July 17, 201411 yr Author stats Haha, that's a good question =) I don't believe I've ever seen a CPD unit with lights on the side, and I have not seen the slicktop Charger before, but I'm willing to bet that they would be blue also.
J T Members July 17, 201411 yr Author stats if this is dhruvs model then it should be resized to be made a little taller but who cares if they use all blue or red blue...I think there should be optional red and blue textures so that way you can use all blue which im not a fan of or red and blue

Thanks anyways :) I've made the Red/Blue setup as the only picture with lights on had a red vertex on on the side of the vehicle, so I made it Red/Blue on the sides, and blue/blue in the front now.

CPD does use all blue on their models. However, they seem to be switching to red and blue for their Traffic units (Highway Patrol). These are rare models. Just as rare as some of their models also use Vector lightbars and TA. Its still considered a "Test model", but usually they keep the test models. Just as the CHP Ford Utility was a test model, they kept it.
sixium Friends of LSPDFR July 17, 201411 yr Author stats Actually, I take everything back, it looks like CPD is breaking their own rules lol =/ Looks like the CPD Charger does have red lights up in front, and the side facing light is also red.

I'd like to keep it as accurate as I can.
