I live in NY and they only use unmarked Chevys. They use CVPIs ,Tahoes , 90s and modern Taureses.

It is released, and the issue you addressed was fixed.

Also, NYSP do use marked Caprices. There are tonnes of pictures, check out policecarwebsite.net

The car looks good but you need to smooth the polies around the doors it looks like they are bulging out
