Pegassi Vacca Interceptor (Non ELS)

A sort of 'promotional' image I put together for my police version of the Vacca. Unfortunately, the model is unusable due to a bug and I can't solve it. I'll give the model via PM to those who can fix it, pweeeeeeeeeeese help, I really don't want to dump this model. Anyway, the bug is that the vehicle doesn't spawn in game and causes a texture bug :'c
