You don't even need photoshop to edit stuff like this. Usually MS Paint does the bulk of it, however it doesn't support transparency's. PAINT.NET (.Net Program, not a website) is a free tool anyone can use. I haven't done it myself, but raptor just took the Liberty files and made them entirely transparent, essentially removing the visible lightbar from the model, however it's still there.

So much easier to switch things around and if you want a new part - no need to model it - just find a picture on the web and copy/paste it into photoshop. No more RC20 errors either.
