Mustu Members November 6, 201312 yr Author stats Hmm, not a huge fan of these. Doesn't BxBugs also have one of these? And as far as realism goes, I've never ever seen any of these as police packages. Only in Dodge's advertisements. But, you know what, if you want to make one - so be it. I can't say whether it looks good or bad this early on in the modeling stage. Good luck with this anyway.

My bad it's an SSV, Yes Bxbugs123 does have one of these, but it is realistic and used by real police departments. This is not early in the converting process, I am nearly done, just mapping, collisions and lod's and done.
Hilth0 Members November 6, 201312 yr Author stats Are you planning on putting a lightbar on it? I'm not even finished with it, but I plan to re-make the vehicle in the picture above.

I just finished perfecting a CVPI that I'm working on (I've been working on it for a couple of days now - say goodbye to upside down radars and floating thingies). Firefighter 5663 is helping me with reviewing it and all. He loves it and the setup. Oh! Also, for this model, you may want to incorporate that Panasonic Toughpad? It's a new touch screen police computer. I've got it in my CVPI and it will be in all of my new models (that won't be shit). Well, I'm glad that's out. I hate keeping secrets, and I planned this would be a surprise, but I figured it doesn't matter since it'll probably be released later today.
c13 Friends of LSPDFR November 6, 201312 yr Author stats I read a review on a police site from someone claiming to be from a rural PD. He said that the durangos the town had were the toughest vehicles, and that they have had minimal maintenance (below cvpi standards) on them after 100,000 miles.

Yes, indeed that is the very reason I chose it.....that and it's sexiness.
Slimory Members November 7, 201312 yr Author stats My local department has 1 or 2, and it's an 06 I believe and beat to shit, they aren't very common for police use that I've seen here in Canada, the RCMP doesn't use them, Winnipeg Police doesn't use them, New Brunswick nor Penticton, BC (just naming off the places I've lived), honestly, SUV's are odd choices for patrol vehicles as it is because they are so top heavy.
gatekeeper Members November 7, 201312 yr Author stats Real sharp looking car I wouldn't mind getting an unlocked version of that bad boy
Hoffers Members November 7, 201312 yr Author stats It is such a sexy model. I don't know why it is so attractive, it just is. Maybe it is the bad ass front end?

NickieB Members November 7, 201312 yr Author stats Very nice! Not sure if your planning on handing this out to the group or not but if you aren't let me know and we can try and work out a trade or something
