What needs finishing?

The taillight flashers need to be installed, as well as the headlight flashers. The prisoner cage needs to be installed and so does the police computer and the spotlight, the antennas are ready in the packaging, they just need to be wired up to the receivers and transmitters hidden in the vehicle's 'shark fin' on the roof.

    Actually the lightbar needs to be scaled up and moved backwards and down slimory.
