I have made updates to them since this photo was taken and implemented the correct setup. They are really hubcaps over top of the normal charger steel wheel so thats what I did. Photo below '> Is there a reason why I should change the rims?

No specific reason it's just that most police cars, at least that I see, don't use hubcaps. But you if you're going for most accurate it's spot on.
