On Scene Personnel: Deputy Sherman Vehicle No. D463 2012 Dodge Charger , Sgt. Morris Vehicle No. S464 2012 Ford Taurus.

Location: Liberty City , Harbor County District # 2, Hematite St. @ Columbus Ave.

Incident Overview:

Deputy Sherman and Sgt Morris are en-route to a arrest warrant as they are apart of the Tactical Response Unit. They got called out during their regular shifts so that's the reason for the marked vehicles yet unmarked vehicles aren't needed as its early hours of the morning and the target is sleeping . This information has come in from a undercover officer already at the location all day
