this was the ending of a persute i had with a gray van. it started when i was paroling and looking for some good places to take pictures

when a van came flying past me and took out a civilian on the sidewalk. i attempted to pull him over and he ran. he ran down the hill and over the bridge of clockwork mountain and into this street. and i was surprised because he smashed threw the fence in this garden and started opening fire with a UZI at me. i called for some noose backup and funnyaly enough he also smashed threw the fence. they took him down

i lined all the patrole cars in the area up and placed some barriers with the police helper. i thought that this was a cool pick so i upploded it.
