CityLink Bus Skin COMPLETE

I've made a Skin for both the bus and its windows which represent the ones in Peoria Illinois but due to the in game model, I have taken some creative liberties which I think are close enough to the real thing. After playing with it for a while, it's a nice touch. I will include a file and a ReadMe which will walk you through how to have Municipal license plates on your buses just like in Illinois when I release the pack.
