WHY DO I HAVE 4 SIREN TONES?

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I have ELS on every emergency vehicle in game, but everytime I go through my sirens theres always a 4th quiet siren which I don't want and I don't know how to get rid of it. It sounds like a quiet and different POLICE_WARNING sort of sound.

{I use controller}

Thanks in advance.

J.moore

Edit the ELS files of the vehicles that you are using. Just change where it says "Srntone4 allowUse" Just change from true to false Example:

Spoiler

<SOUNDS>
        <MainHorn InterruptsSiren="true" AudioString="SIRENS_AIRHORN" />
        <ManTone1 AllowUse="true" AudioString="VEHICLES_HORNS_SIREN_1" />
        <ManTone2 AllowUse="true" AudioString="VEHICLES_HORNS_SIREN_2" />
        <SrnTone1 AllowUse="true" AudioString="VEHICLES_HORNS_SIREN_1" />
        <SrnTone2 AllowUse="true" AudioString="VEHICLES_HORNS_SIREN_2" />
        <SrnTone3 AllowUse="true" AudioString="VEHICLES_HORNS_POLICE_WARNING" />
        <SrnTone4 AllowUse="false" AudioString="VEHICLES_HORNS_AMBULANCE_WARNING" />
        <AuxSiren AllowUse="false" AudioString="VEHICLES_HORNS_SIREN_1" />
        <PanicMde AllowUse="true" AudioString="VEHICLES_HORNS_POLICE_WARNING" />
