Rage starts up fine and everything, it crashes right before loading into game. I had recently tried to replace the policeb with a car but it crashed then i replaced it back with original files and havent been able to get in ever since.

    You didnt edit anything? Just replaced the vehicle? Because policeb is the police motorcycle and not a car.

    Na I didn’t edit anything, the only thing I did was replace the policeb then replaced it back to original files, changed skins on others cars & changed handling for a few cars which I put all back to default nothing seems to work

    I doubt it has anything to do with rage tho because it still crashes in safe mode and crashes while starting gta 5 thru steam

    so it has to do with gta itself

    Can you show us your GTA V folder? Just send a bunch of screenshots.
    You may also wanna check your savegame. 
    Download a 100% savegame off of GTA5-mods and test it.
