Hi,

I make this topic because I have a very annoying problem with Rage Plugin Hook, which no longer allows me to play LSPDFR.

Indeed, when I click on Rage Plugin Hook application to launch it, nothing happens. The only thing that I can see is the RPH icon in the windows 10 task bar for 3 seconds, before it completely disappears. I also noticed that RPH was also present in the windows task manager only 3 seconds after clicking on it, until it stops.

 

I tried literally everything before posting this topic :

• Reinstall LSPDFR and Rage Plugin Hook in a fresh GTA V folder, without any other mod (not event Script Hook V or ASI Manager).
• Add, as an exception for my antivirus (Avast, Windows Defender, Fire Wall, Malwearebyte), my GTA V main folder and even the Rockstar Games folder. I also tried to disable all of them, but nothing changed.
• Try to find an error with LSPDFR Troubleshooter of Albo, but it founds nothing.

 

I tell you that, at the moment of writing this topic, I have the latest version of GTA V, LSPDFR & RPH and no other mod installed.

 

Honestly, I'm completely lost. I don't know what to do to play LSPDFR again, which is a great mod that I really appreciate...

I hope someone could find a solution to my problem, knowing that since RPH doesn't launch I don't have any log file (I can't even see the RPH's logo in big in the center of the screen...).

1. Add your GTA V folder to Antivirus exceptions.

2. Make sure you run it from your folder, not from a shortcut for now.

As I said In my topic, my main folder is already added to my exception list in Avast.

I've already tried (and I just re-tried) to launch it from the original .exe, but doesn't change anything.

You can try reinstalling the requirements, but it's very likely to be a Antivirus issue.
I know Avast has a bunch of issues with RagePluginHook.

But I already tried to deactivate it. Nothing changed. I deactivated every anti-viruses programs.

Remove RivaTuner (If you installed it with MSI Afterburner) and disable GeForce Overlay.

OMFG I just uninstalled Riva Tuner and it works ! Thank... YOU ! I could never have the idea that it was this.

Now, tanks to you, I can play LSPDFR again 🙂 !

Hello i have the same problem as Darkzio, but i don't have Rivatuner and Geforce overlay.

were is  RivaTuner ?
