The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

You can find it in your GTAV folder, not /Logs!

    Did you install a visual mod recently? 
    If so, rename mods to _mods. Same for FOV scripts.

    ı dont install any visual mods. and ı dont install any mods folder. rph says bad antivirus or graphic driver etc... ı dont use any antivirus program and disable windows defender. also my graphic drivers up to date.

    Grand Theft Auto V or Grand Theft Auto 5?
     

    Open regedit with Windows key + R -> type in: regedit and press enter; Locate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Wow6432Node -> Rockstar Games -> Grand Theft Auto V
    Then, double click InstallFolder.
    Show me what it says.
