It's like RPH doesn't recognize when GTA is running idk..

try opening the gta launcher, then launching rage

Launch RPH and Then GTA V

Run RPH during GTA's sirens. 

Run RPH during GTA V Loading

Run RPH during GTA Loading menu

Run RPH when i'm in SP mode.

Ok can you go into rage settings, under the plugins tab, and choose to launch game with no plugins. then save and launch. 

 

If the game loads you should be able to open the console by pressing F4, then type in LSPD First Response.dll and press enter

I've always launched RPH without load plug ins. I also tried to check force windowed mode and force Directx 11

I have the same problem still now.

Ma che risolto. In discord continuavano a dirmi le stesse cose. Alla fine mi sono arreso e ci ho rinunciato. Ho comprato GTA V pc solo per giocare a sta mod e non sono mai riuscito a lanciare sto cazzo di RPH. Veramente frustante.

Hello I have a similar problem, when I start the game a error message appears: Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad anti-vius. But I search in forum, I check videos and I reinstall RPH but the same problem always, anyone have solution please?

I do have an answer for you, a little late but it can also help other players too. So, what you want to do it simple, create two desktop shortcuts, one for RageHook and one for your GTA launcher. After that simply run GTA with that shortcut and then immediately run RAge Hook as well(as so they'll both open at the same time) That should work as it'll allow Rage hook to find the correct GTA launcher it needs to work.

to fix this you need to go into steam, and verify integrity of game files. I was having the same problem with this but when i verified my game files it fixed it. Hope i helped, have a good day.
