I am brand new to LSPDFR, and everything was working properly until I decided to add a few more mods. On my trouble shoot i got 3 errors for arest manager, trafficpolicer, and assortedcallouts. They all said installation error, and when i chose auto fix it said there was an error and the document could not be reached. every time i load into game and go on duty it says there is an error with those mods and to use at my own risk and then crashes. any help would be greatly appreciated thank you. P.S. i hope i included the right link.

Yes, at least in that log you sent. 
If you run into more issues, please send another RagePluginHook.log.

That troubleshooter is made for LSPD:FR 0.3. Not 0.4.
You therefor can't use it anymore. What is your issue?
