Whenever I try to start the rage hook icon in my LSPDFR folder, it keeps saying it isn't in the game folder. So I was confused and I am new to the game and haven't had a chance to load in so I was hoping I could get some help on how to actually start LSPDFR because I have it installed, I just can't start it. 

Do you have more than one GTA V folder? 
If yes, make sure you install RagePluginHook into the original, not moved or renamed one.
If not, make sure you are not running it from the downloaded Archive. You need to extract it to your original Grand Theft Auto V folder.

To load LSPD:FR (for the first time), simply load up the game using RagePluginHook and open the console and type: LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll
It will load it up and you can close the console (F4). Then, go to a Police station and go on duty.

If it says "Press E to go on duty" but nothing happens when you go on duty: 
Go into the Rage Settings -> Game Settings -> Command Line Switches.
Look for "Force Windowed mode." Check it.

If you can go on duty perfectly fine, just play.

After you're done, make sure to go into the RagePluginHook settings -> Double click the RPH.exe -> Hold SHIFT after. You will go into the settings.
Go to Plugins and make sure you check "Load These Plugins on Startup" and checkmark LSPDFR. 

whenever I load onto LSPDFR with the LSPD First Response.dll, and LSPD First Response.pll, it loads in onto a black screen. I would love it if you could tell me why because without those two files in the plugins folder, it will load but as soon as one of them are put in, it will load past the pictures of the people and the text, but will then go straight to a black screen and show a loading symbol at the bottom right corner. Am I doing something wrong or what is happening?
