Lenny's Mod Loader features a simple API in version 0.1 allowing you to query what mods are currently enabled. Please note that this parses the mods.xml file again and is not a reflection of what is in the game (but in most cases equal to what has been loaded into the game).

 

These functions can be found in the ModManager.Core.dll file inside the ModManager.Core.API.Functions class.
