Open your LSPDFR.ini located in GTAV/LSPDFR and add this to the bottom: Networking.DisableServerCommunication = true

    It worked for about 10minutes but now it crashed again....

    my LSPDFR is also crashing all the time, did a fresh gta 5 install and everything i think its just the scripthook or rage or LSPDFR

    The problem was(I think) that RPH said that that the Albi common file can be blocked by windows. So RPH unblocked it.
