I have a weird Error Message when trying to load LSPDFR on a clean install, everything updated. Tried to install ScriptHook V, ScriptHook V.net, Rage Hook Plugin. Below is a copy of the error message:

I only have two drives and neither one is E: drive.  So I have no idea where it's getting the file error from.

E:\ is LSPD:FR. So don't mind that, please.

Seems like you have an issue with mscore, a bunch of people had that issue. 
 

Make sure you have all of the requirements installed. If it says you already have them installed; reinstall them to be sure.

**Then, add your GTAV folder (named Grand Theft Auto V, nothing else) to your Antivirus exceptions.**

Then, reinstall LSPDFR 0.4 **manual** and Rage.

Well I tried, I uninstalled all VC Redist, then reinstalled only the ones needed (2010 and 2015). I even installed a newer version thinking it would over write mscore. And I tried to uninstall .NET, but from everything I've read, but after Windows 10, there isn't a way to do that. I do have .NET 4.6.2 installed so installing .NET 4.6.0 as required isn't possible anymore. Deleted and then reinstalled LSPDFR, but after everything, still nothing. I keep getting the same error message.

Had the same problem. Need to update .NET 4.6.2  to .NET 4.7.2.
