My game keeps crashing while im starting up the mod.

I just installed lspdfr and ragepluginhook for the first time ever. I followed an old tutorial on youtube by Kane Jr.

I followed all the steps and it seem'd to be working but then a message popped up and said:    memory.c !!sbadreadptr(inptr, insize)

And when i close the pop up the whole game closes. 

I tried to launch gta5 with ragepluginhook only and it worked perfectly fine.
