i am trying to get in to my lspdfr but every time i open RAGE plugin hook it just stays at launching game via steam and it just says that forever and it is making me mad because i wanna play lspdfr can anyone help me with this bug?

it just says this for 1 milion hours

Yeah thanks R* for your stupid useless update that no one is going to play.  Like does anybody even play GTA Online anymore.....?  Anyway, it's not even RAGE.  I tried just launching the game from Steam and it won't even launch.
