The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Gta 5 crashes when loading story mode with Rage(fixed) now mods wont work

When you name your mods folder to that you disable your mods folder rename it to  mods     And try again if you game crashes like before something in your mods folder is causing the crash

if it is one of the mods in the folder is there anyway i can tell what they are?

Maybe... do you edit any metas like vehiclesmeta? If not then uninstall all mods and ad them one by one and when the game crashes 

keep adding them one by one.

Before doing all that work again, have you changed anything in your mods folder before the crash happened?
