    I did everything as you wrote, the same problem POPs up, even when I manually try to make a download.

    You have to update .NET 4.6.2  to .NET 4.7.2.

    You need help but aren't sure what you need to do / where you can get help?

    Version 4.7.2 is not supported by your os.
