Hey mate. You wanna play gta IV or gta V ? For answering at your question: If you want something bugged, you can get something at 200$, if you want to be a  "pro" with many modes, with graphics modes etc, you maybe can get one at 1000$+. But..

For example i bought a potato laptop just for this mode, for fun, and i get this laptop at just 150£ ! Yep !

I run all on low with 60FPS, specs:

Intel Core i7-2760QM  CPU @ 2.40GHZ , 2401 MHZ, 4 cores.

8 GB  RAM

32 VRAM Memory (Meh)

Oh, i run Windows 10 PRO too, so it is good i think. Laptop Name: Dell Latitude E6420 / x64 based. Bye

If you want a smooth playing experience, I suggest to get a desktop gaming PC.

My recommendation:

  • CPU: 4 cores (8 cores would be awesome)
  • GPU: GTX 1060 for mid-level GTA graphic quality (GTX 1070 or 1080 would be awesome)
  • RAM: 16GB

I have a feeling with those specs, your laptop would run GTA V vanilla (no mods, scripts, plugins, etc) very well. Unfortunately, naturally, using RAGEPluginHook causes some amount of FPS drop on any system. Adding LSPDFR + Callouts + vehicle mods on top of that will cause some more FPS loss depending on what you add. I think the game (even with LSPDFR and plugins) will certainly be playable and enjoyable. Maybe not as optimum as you see on some YouTube channels, but you should still be able to have a good LSPDFR experience.
