For answering at your question: If you want something bugged, you can get something at 200$, if you want to be a "pro" with many modes, with graphics modes etc, you maybe can get one at 1000$+. But.. For example i bought a potato laptop just for this mode, for fun, and i get this laptop at just 150£ ! Yep ! I run all on low with 60FPS, specs: Intel Core i7-2760QM CPU @ 2.40GHZ , 2401 MHZ, 4 cores. 8 GB RAM 32 VRAM Memory (Meh) Oh, i run Windows 10 PRO too, so it is good i think. Hey! I want to buy a laptop just for GTA IV with LCPDFR and maybe some mods (car mods, car lights and sound mod for siren), not graphics mod. You can recommend something cheap? I mean...cheapest if you can. Or maybe you can tell me a cpu who will run gta iv? 4 GB ram or 6 (I think it is okay for GTA iv and lcpdfr), and not very big memory( I tell you, I will use just for this game and mod). For me it is enough 30-40-50 fps, I'm not a extreme gamer to add 10 mods of graphics, haha. By the way, thank you if you can help me.

Hey, I'm Florin, I have 22 years old and I'm in academy of police from Romania. I will get soon a laptop just for Gta IV lcpdfr because in my opinion is it better than gta 5.
