The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I am also having this issue, I run rage with Admin privileges, I have checked my anti virus and its not blocking it and I've restarted my computer multiple times and it still wont hook the game. has anyone found a solution yet?
