RHP will not hook the game instance no matter what I do. It keeps saying slow or insufficient permissions ? how do I fix this ?

I am also having this issue, I run rage with Admin privileges, I have checked my anti virus and its not blocking it and I've restarted my computer multiple times and it still wont hook the game. has anyone found a solution yet?

When you load the game.

ok so launch the game with rage let it give you that error. then when it closes start up rage again and see if it hooks the seconds time

I don't have any anti virus enabled rage just opens normal gta

Go ahead and add an exception for both GTA5.exe and RPH. Then let me know what happens.
