So i cant do this stuff because i am disabled and my son wants to play LSPDFR i have tried and failed can anyone help me do so and install the mods he wants

Hello and welcome to the LSPDFR Forums! I would be happy to assist you!

Here are some simple steps to get the base LSPDFR and RPH set up. If he wishes to add plugins or a trainer menu to spawn stuff in later on, you can always come back here and I would be willing to assist. 🙂

LSPDFR:
Step 1: Download LSPDFR.
Step 2: Create a new folder on your desktop and name it LSPDFR.
Step 3: Using WinRaR (if you dont have WinRaR, google it and download the latest version), extract the contents of the download to the folder you just made.
Step 4: For every file in the extracted download, right click and select properties. Then check the box next to Unblock. If that option is not available, that means you are good and can move on to  the next step.
Step 5: Drag and drop the files into the GTA 5 Main Directory.

RagePluginHook:
Step 1: Download RagePluginHook (Version 1.69.1254.16006).
Step 2: Create a new folder on your desktop and name it RPH.
Step 3: Using WinRaR, extract the contents of the download to the folder you just made.
Step 4: For every file in the extracted download, right click and select properties. Then check the box next to Unblock. If that option is not available, that means you are good and can move on to  the next step.
Step 5: Drag and drop the files into the GTA 5 Main Directory.

Side Note: Make sure you have completed the prologue and can walk around freely as Franklin before attempting to launch RPH.

small change

I have done all this the game works thank you! but I cannot get the vehicle mods to work

 

the only issue i have currently is i follow the exact steps to add ELS Vehicle mods and it doesnt work

Is it possible for you to screenshot the pack_default folder inside the ELS folder? And I am glad I could help you with the first part! 🙂
