G'day!

I'm wondering how to design my own vehicles since I'm new to LSPDFR and I've been wanting to make my own Police vehicle, just wondering how to do it and do I need a certain program or anything like that??

    you need some skill with Zmodeler3 and a license for that program which comes out to about $4/month.. It's a bit of a PITA to set up. 

     

    It's a time consuming process. Even my "simple" 2 car pack with a simple lightbar took roughly 3 weeks getting most of the bugs worked out
