Hey could you make a Pittsburgh Police skin for a chevy impala? I could only find one texture online but I can't get it to work for me. plus i do not know how to make skins.

This thread is for skin request's. Not for entire models. It seems to me I've seen a model out there similar to that but don't ask me where. If you just want that skin though it can be made in about 10 minutes for a cvpi, charger, tahoe, or whatever.
