I want to download the Mod but Im not really sure if it is allowed or not.

So it is allowed, isn't it? Do I have to disconnect from the Internet before I play? And what if I want to play the game as normal? The Game launcher detects that the files were changed.... Can I just leave it or do I have to do anything before playing normal?

These are all very good questions! I will attempt to answer as best as I can. Keep in mind that these answers are in regards to LSPDFR, RPH, and related plugins.

For use of LSPDFR, RPH, OpenIV, and any trainer you use: you can use it in Single player and not Multiplayer. This being said, it is a good idea to have multiple backups of the base game so that you can transition from a modded version to a vanilla version in a swift manner.
