I want to be able to make a global gxt2 file to fix the text problems I have with identifying vehicles in game, but I'm not sure of the best way to go about making the files, getting the hex references, and filling out a file. 

if anyone knows of a tool or a solid process to do this, post up. I definitely want to fix having to see hex numbers in game when I do license plate checks and other things.
