got a problem instaling

hello guys when i was instaling the lcpdfr it gave me this error

Please use the search feature on the site before posting.

1) Make sure your GTA directories are not readonly, especially the COMMON and DATA folders.

2) Also ensure you are running the installer as an administrator.

From what I see they don't appear to be read only, and i'm not sure how to run it as an admin.

Right click the installer, and then select run as admin.
