Is there a plugin  to where the AI wont freak out when u pull them over drive up a hill lol ?

looking for role play groups also would like to have someone train me on the game please ?

Most likely you have ELS.  No additional plugin needed.  Just go into the ELS.ini file in the main GTAV folder and open it.

Change  the line  -  ElsTrafCtrlOn = false

Yours probably says true.  Change it to false.  Save and close.  That's it.

You have to choose either to use Stop The Ped or Arrest Manager. Using both at the same time might cause conflict and performance (FPS) drop.

When you remove STP or AM, be sure to clean reinstall PoliceSmartRadio because the buttons would also need to be reconfigured.

As for Albo's plugin warning message, just ignore that. All functionalities should still be working when you use the latest LSPDFR.
