I have been looking around, but I don't know where I can find these mods? On the desc. of the video, it says not to ask for his mods. So are they custom from him, or he doesn't like spam or something? Thanks!

if that server is the one I'm thinking it is, they have the basic cars, dodge charger and crown vic. There's also the ford interceptor it looked like from the beginning, and the site says their special enforcement unit uses a trail blazer lol... but not sure if its the same server you're referring to or not. But you can find all those mods on GPM ^_^ Skins, I'm sure too...

Do you have to sign in or something to see all the models? If not, then they aren't on GPM.

I believe it's a skin for the private MP group.

yeah correction, different site I was looking at. But all the cars can be found on GPM, the skins, like Tom said, are probably for the MP group. :\

looks like the SFPD CVPI by gfxle, not sure which one though, 2 were released around the same time. just google "GTAIV CVPI with Code 3 X2100"
