LCPDFR 0.95 need support. problem explained in description

hey,

i have been trying to install LCPDFR 0.95 for the past two days. first i did not have a redistributer 3 so eventually i got one. now i have green checks for when you first go to install the game and it says everything's fine. it tells me to choose a file to where i would like the game to download on/at. and i get all the way to the last step to where you actually start to install the game and it starts at than says i need to post on the LCPDFR site for this problem. i have installed everything every video has told me what i need for the game and what he site has told me i need for the game, i have the patch and all the downloads necessary. i hope you guys can help i really want to try this game out, looks fun, many thanks to anyone who can help.

Please use the search feature on the site before posting.

1) Make sure your GTA directories are not readonly, especially the COMMON and DATA folders.

2) Also ensure you are running the installer as an administrator.
