Unable to use vehicle DLC packs after gta 5 update

Hey everyone

 

Just looking for some help. I'm unable to use the Vehicle DLC packs after the most recent GTA 5 update. Just shows that the slots are disabled. Not sure if i'm doing something wrong. lol Any suggestions?
