Hello all.

 

   I need some help with all of this. I'm new to the pc world. I've had console since the first giant playstation. How or what do I need to do to start the lspdfr when my computer gets here? I dont know how to download mods or anything. I'm super lost when it comes to the pc world. Any help would be awesome. Thanks

The LSPDFR mod is just a simple installer, open the file and point to your game install and it will do everything, however there are several extras available such as stop the ped, computer+, interactions+ ect. These usually just copy directly into the game install folder so no real modding skills are required. To be fair most mods should come with a readme file. Read that and you should not have a problem.

 

With this being said, before installing ANY mods to GTA V you should make a 2nd copy of the game if you intend to play online as you WILL get banned from GTAO if you go online with mods.

so I got the main LSPDFR mod to work but as far as "extra mods" like; skins, cars, callouts, arrests, interactions, etc. I cant get them to work. The constant shootouts get a little boring. I would like to interact with peds and have the less dangerous calls too like the mods describe. Thanks for any help. Again, I am VERY new to the pc and mod community. So break it down barney style for me lol.

Arrests and Interactions are part of LSPDFR so I don't know why those won't work.  Some mods need to be "checked" in the Rage settings.  Always read the Read Me on all the mods.  Are you installing cars?  Replace or Addons?  It would be a lot to explain.  Which mods did you install that you're having a problem with?

I got stop the ped to work. It truly gives me more of the immersion feeling. But now, I cant get the real life mod to work and any skins and vehicles to work
